CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

  1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force, regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

  3. Shipping costs (delivery fees) are borne by the buyers.

  4. Each purchased product is delivered to the buyer or the person/institution specified by the buyer within a legal maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.

  5. If it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning and must refund the total price to the buyer within 14 days.

  6. If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

  7. If, after delivery, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and if the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days. In this case, return shipping costs shall be borne by the seller.

  8. In cases of force majeure that the seller cannot foresee, if the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation.

  9. The buyer must inspect the goods/services before receiving them. Damaged or defective goods (torn, stained, etc.) will not be accepted after delivery. After acceptance, the buyer is responsible for protecting the goods/services. The invoice must also be returned along with the product.

  10. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer or the person/institution indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any reason, provided that the seller is notified through the contact details below.

NOTE: In case of return or exchange requests, shipping costs belong to the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product to be returned must be sent back with its label not removed, hygiene seals not broken, and in its original packaging/box with the transparent protective bag as delivered. The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Please open and check packages you believe to be damaged during shipment in the presence of the courier company representative.

Products with no official report prepared for damage will not be accepted for return.

  • The product must be returned with its invoice. Products that have lost their resalable condition or cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted, and their price will not be refunded.

  • Refunds for approved returns will be paid to you as soon as possible.
